Citing their “en during contribution to the industry” and ability to “set new standards” in their market, the Los Angeles Advertising Agencies Association has named Gerry Rubin and Larry Postaer of Rubin Postaer and Associates the recipients of its Lifetime of Leadership award.
The LAAAA is bestowing the honor in place of its annual Leader of the Year award.
Rubin, 62, is president and CEO of RPA in Santa Monica, Calif. Postaer, 64, is evp and director of creative services.
“It’s flattering for two old guys from Chicago to now be recognized for a lifetime of achievement,” said Rubin.
