Kelliher Samets Volk said it has hired Colleen Loeffler as marketing services manager. In this new position, Loeffler will be responsible for business development and marketing for the agency, as well as helping to build existing client relationships. Prior to joining the Burlington, Vt.-based independent, Loeffler spent five years at Goldman Sachs in New York. KSV employs 50 staffers and works for clients such as Chittenden Bank, Sugarbush Resort, Timberpeg and the Vermont Department of Health.
