The Kruger Group, a full-service advertising and marketing agency in Los Angeles, has named Kristen Hladecek vice president and creative director and promoted Renae Crispin to vice president of client relations. Hladecek, who has a background as an art director, has worked at shops including Wieden + Kennedy, McCann-Erickson and Cole & Weber on accounts such as Nike, Subaru, Coke, Microsoft, Washington Mutual and Safeco. Crispin, who has been with Kruger since April 2003, was previously an account executive.
