FSM Expands Network’s Retail Expertise
CHICAGO–Kupper Parker Communications’ latest acquisition, FSM Marketing in Louisville, Ky., will be the network’s retail bulkhead, KPC’s managing partner Bruce Kupper said last week.
FSM, which claims billings of $8.5 million, was purchased by KPC in a cash deal. FSM, the Bluegrass State’s second oldest ad shop, established in 1955, will be renamed Kupper Parker/FSM. Its staff of 17 will stay intact, Kupper said.
FSM’s client list includes Kentucky AAA, Dr. Bizer’s Vision World, an optometry chain, and a number of Papa John’s pizza franchises located through the mid-South and Deep South.
The shop’s retail experience will be exploited by the KPC network’s existing clients and in new business efforts, Kupper said.
