BOSTON Kupper Parker Communications said it has acquired Rabasca + Co. Terms were not disclosed.

Ken Rabasca, president and chief executive officer of the Melville, N.Y.-based independent, becomes chief executive emeritus of KPC’s Long Island operations, and Michael Imbasciani, senior vice president of KPC, becomes president of the office.

With Rabasca’s revenue estimated at approximately $1 million in 2003 and billings of just over $10 million, the combined organization reinforces KPC’s standing as one of the largest agencies on Long Island with more than 40 staff members and approximately $62 million in billings.
