N. Michael Dudynskay has been named executive vice president and chief marketing officer at The King Agency.

Dudynskay, 42, will be responsible for client acquisition, business development and strategic account planning. He will report to agency president and chief creative officer David King.

“Mike is yet another piece of the puzzle for this agency,” said King. “He brings a lot of national and global experience into our agency.”

Prior to joining the Richmond, Va., shop, Dudynskay was executive vice president and regional managing director at Bates Worldwide in New York, where he handled business development and operations for 17 agencies in the Bates Latin American Network.
