NEW YORK America Online executive vice president of interactive marketing Lisa Brown has left the company’s top ad sales post, confirmed client representative Jim Whitney, who declined comment on the reason for her departure or on a possible replacement.

Sources said Michael Kelly, now president of the global marketing solutions group at Time Warner in New York, will likely succeed Brown. He could not immediately be reached for comment.

The change comes at a time when ad revenue continues to be a problem for AOL.
