NEW YORK – Kellogg USA is easing into vending, with plans for national distribution of Nutri-Grain bars. At the same time, its chief cereal rival General Mills has added Fingos, Bugles and a low-fat Nature Valley granola bar to its short list of products vended nationally. Fingos is the first cereal snack Big G has brought into vending; it vends four cereals in bowl packs. Kellogg began to test vending in April; ‘our reach has expanded since then with such great success our future plans are for nationwide distribution,’ a spokesman said.
