Keiler & Co. has promoted Richard Feiss to director of account services. In his new role, Feiss will oversee a staff of 13 and supervise the teams on the Farmington, Conn., agency’s Deloitte & Touche, The Stanley Works and NYU Stern School of Business accounts. Feiss has been with Keiler for 12 years, serving most recently as management supervisor. Prior to joining the agency, he was an account supervisor at Grey in New York, serving its IBM account.
