NEW YORK Wayne Best has left Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners to join Fallon as associate creative director, an agency representative said today.

Best, 36, reports to Ari Merkin, executive creative director at the New York shop.

He was creative director at KB+P, which he joined in 2002, and worked on accounts including Target and Wyndham Hotels. Prior to that, Best was a creative director at Wieden + Kennedy in New York, working on accounts such as ESPN and Coke.
