BERLIN – KaDeWe, the internationally known department store operating in Berlin, has appointed small, Dusseldorf-based Stoehr Scheer as its agency. The shop bested incumbent agency Lintas:Frankfurt. A campaign, which has estimated billings of $4 million, is not expected to start before next spring.
