Thomis Brings Planning Skills From FCB
LOS ANGELES–JWT West has tapped Iwan Thomis as director of strategic planning, a new post.
The 32-year-old U.K. native also becomes a senior partner and will sit on the agency’s new executive committee. He will be based in San Francisco.
Thomis most recently served as svp, planning director at FCB Worldwide, San Francisco. In three years there, he led account planning and strategic thinking for Amazon.com; established the brand planning function for Dockers khakis that led to the “One leg at a time” ads for K1 khakis.
