jobs around the Globe

“Of all the things you love about Boston, shouldn’t your job be one of them?”

That question is posed in a multimedia campaign from Holland Mark Advertising for BostonWorks.com, the online employment site from The Boston Globe and its interactive affiliate Boston.com.

Tagged “The best jobs in Boston,” the effort includes a 60-second, black-and-white TV spot featuring moody footage of the downtown skyline, Copley Square, Fenway Park, Red Line subway stations and other familiar city locales. Monochrome cinematography was used to depict the lasting tradition and richness of life in the city, according to a representative from Boston-based Holland Mark.

The song “A Little Bit of All Right,” recorded in Boston nearly three decades ago by Paul Pena, is heard on the soundtrack.

The campaign also includes print ads, billboards, transit posters and Web banners.
