The only factor that may be keeping employees in place is the rough economy, according to a new survey. Eighty-three percent of 300 managers and executives polled said it was extremely or somewhat likely they would search for a new job once the market picks up. And 56 percent of 451 HR execs said an improved economy will mean more voluntary turnover.
