The only factor that may be keeping employees in place is the rough economy, according to a new survey. Eighty-three percent of 300 managers and executives polled said it was extremely or somewhat likely they would search for a new job once the market picks up. And 56 percent of 451 HR execs said an improved economy will mean more voluntary turnover. The survey, conducted in July by the Society for Human Resource Management and CareerJournal.com,
