LOS ANGELES–Jim Noble, executive creative director of BBDO Atlanta, resigned his post on Wednesday, sources said. Noble, who joined the Atlanta-based shop in February 2001 after serving as creative director at GMO/Hill, Holliday in San Francisco, is planning to open an agency in Lake Tahoe, Nev.

Noble’s resignation stemmed from creative differences with the shop’s president and CEO, Chris Hall, sources said.
