A five-market franchisee network of Jiffy Lube oil-change centers has selected Rives Carlberg in Houston as lead creative agency on its newly consolidated $2.5-3 million annual advertising account.
Heartland Automotive Services, a 77-unit co-op formed two years ago, hired Rives Carlberg following a one-month review that included two other undisclosed agencies.
Rives will develop TV, radio, print and point-of-purchase materials for all the markets. “We felt we needed a strong strategic partner to move forward,” said Bob Paine, Heartland’s senior vice president of marketing.
