British carmaker Jaguar Land Rover will aim to digitize its marketing by appointing Accenture to work alongside Spark44, its in-house creative agency.

With a focus on creating luxury vehicles as it moves towards electric vehicles, the company will deploy Accenture to digitize the company’s communications, develop connected services and create new experiences for customers.

The company will work with Accenture Interactive and the consultancy’s operations platform SynOps, which aims to deliver AI-powered insights and automated production internationally.

The appointment will also include “a more precise approach” across its brand touchpoints, the announcement said.

A personalized, connected customer journey

“At the heart of our ‘Reimagine Strategy,’ we aim to transform Jaguar Land Rover into a truly customer-led modern luxury business,” Felix Bräutigam, chief commercial officer of Jaguar Land Rover, said in a statement.
