Onradio Gets On Track this week launches OnTracks, an online promotion and sponsorship tool for record companies. OnTracks syndicates audio “microsites” to radio station Web sites. The initial rollout will target stations with urban/hip hop formats, with other genres to come. At launch, content will be accessible through, and select online urban/hip hop sites within Scotts Valley, Calif.-based’s network of radio Web sites. Columbia Records, Red Ant Entertainment, Warner Bros. Records and Loud Records have already signed on to use the product.

P&G Cheer-ful On Web
Proctor & Gamble, Cincinnati, took Cheer detergent to the Web last week with via agency iMC2, Dallas. Targeted at elementary school children, the Cheer Fun Factory site offers games and suggests
in-home activities, like sorting the laundry to learn about primary
colors. Sponsor Disney will promote the site with banners and portal units on the GO Network, Disney Blast, and other Disney sites.

I33 Lands Clothing Retailer
I33 communications, New York, a division of the AppNet e-commerce group, won interactive media planning and duties for American Eagle Outfitters, Warrendale, Pa. I33 will also track the sale of online catalog merchandise and oversee other brand interactions using a customized version of its AdMaximize reporting service.

AcmeCity Adds Ads
AcmeCity, the entertainment-oriented homepage community from Burbank, Calif.-based Warner Bros. Online, sold charter sponsorship positions to Johnson & Johnson, Mars, Hasbro, Lockheed Martin, Microsoft and Warner-Lambert.
