-Stein Rogan + Partners, New York, has been named agency of record by auto site cars.com, Chicago. The 18-month, $26 million assignment includes national print, broadcast and online advertising, as well as ads in local newspapers. The site will be co-branded with affiliate newspaper sites in each market.

-Wink Communications, Alameda, Calif., will air Wink-enhanced television commercials for AT&T, Dockers Khakis, a division of Levi Strauss and Co., and General Electric. Wink’s Enhanced Broadcasting and E-Commerce system allows advertisers to broadcast E-Commercials, which viewers with a Wink-enhanced set-top box or TV can use to request coupons or free product samples, order products and vote on how much they like an ad.
