InterTrend Communications has added Jaideep “Jay” Nagaraj, formerly an account manager at Lowe in India, as an account manager and Starr Yang, previously with Saatchi & Saatchi in Taiwan, as an assistant account executive. Both Nagaraj and Yang will work on Western Union at the Long Beach, Calif., agency, which specializes in advertising to the Asian American market. Additionally, ITC promoted Qingqing “Jenny” Wang to media planner and buyer. Wang joined the shop in June 2002 as a media assistant.
