Intermark Gains Additional Toyota Dealers

ATLANTA Two more Toyota dealership associations have tapped Intermark Automotive Advertising as their agency.

The Birmingham, Ala., agency has added another $4 million in billings from the West Texas Toyota Dealer Association and the Oklahoma City Toyota Dealer Association. The account wins, against undisclosed contenders, give IAA a total of six dealer associations, or nearly 70 percent of the Gulf States region’s business.

Intermark also handles advertising for the Northeast Louisiana Toyota Dealer Association, Central Texas Toyota Dealer Association, Red River Toyota Dealer Association and the Southern Mississippi Toyota Dealer Association.

The shop cited its ability to target key consumers for each Toyota model—specific to each market—as one reason for its selection. “We were told by several people involved in the selection process that Intermark Automotive was chosen because of our research driven creative,” said Jack Griffis, president of Intermark Automotive. “That means our ads are compelling enough to get people off the couch and into the dealerships, and that is what they need.”
