Inside Charmin’s Themed Times Square Bathrooms for Holiday Shoppers

Dax Shepard was part of the toilet paper-cutting ceremony

From 2006 to 2010, Charmin made bathrooms available to holiday shoppers in New York’s Times Square. This week, the Procter & Gamble company revived that effort with 14 themed bathrooms to help the nearly half a million people who go to Times Square to shop during the holiday season. To kick off the occasion, Charmin had a toilet paper-cutting ceremony featuring actor Dax Shepard.

The new Charmin bathrooms are located at 1601 Broadway and will be open from Dec. 6-24 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Adweek toured the bathrooms, which have themes like “Under the Sea” and “Mt. Everest,” earlier this week. Take a look at the video above.
