LOS ANGELES — Interpublic Group of Cos.’ Initiative Media North America is installing new leadership at two of its regional offices and at Initiative Partners, the L.A.-based unit that works with small and midsized agencies, sources said.
Bruce Silverman, CEO of Initiative Partners, is leaving the media agency to join WongDoody in Los Angeles, where he will serve as president. Replacing Silverman as president of Initiative Partners is Randy Bixler, who was previously director, Western region client services, sources said.
