IndoorDirect On Base with MLB Pact

IndoorDirect signed a content and advertising deal with the Major League Baseball Network, making IndoorDirect the first digital out-of-home network to feature professional baseball coverage.

The deal, announced Thursday (July 9) will bring MLB coverage to hundreds of quick-service and casual restaurants chains including Denny’s, Carl’s Jr., Arby’s, CiCi’s Pizza, Hardee’s, Del Taco, and Captain D’s.

As part of the agreement, the MLB Network provides IndoorDirect with content for its theBITE Network such as behind-the-scenes footage, player interviews and promotions for other MLB Network programs.

“Airing MLB Network content on theBITE Network is a strong complement to our business objectives. This partnership will allow us to continue to broaden our audience through a new digital channel and further engage and inform MLB Fans,” said Tony Petitti, CEO of the MLB Network.

In addition to MLB Network, theBITE’s 60-minute lifestyle program includes content from several program providers including CBS, Disney, E! Network, NTV, Turner Network, Universal Studios, and the NFL Network.
