The Indiana Department of Commerce is searching for agencies to handle two contracts promoting the Hoosier state.

Spending for each contract is estimated at $2 million over two years, according to an IDOC representative.

One contract will focus on promoting business development in the state, while the other will highlight consumer tourism. Proposals are due March 16 and March 22, respectively. Both contracts begin July 1.

The Asher Agency in Indianapolis had the business contract, while Bates USA’s Indianapolis office handled consumer tourism.
