Impossible Foods CEO Peter McGuinness brought in Leslie Sims as chief marketing and creative officer in 2022 after roles in the agency and consultancy space.

Now, in her first podcast since starting at Impossible, Sims discusses how she’s infusing the company’s marketing with attention-grabbing creativity to change people’s minds about meat alternatives. 

In its latest campaign, the brand partnered with Deloitte Digital to create buzz around capturing your carbon footprint. “It’s a great day for us to celebrate because we can authentically say our entire existence is for the planet,” Sims said.
