McRae Communications has appointed Jessica Hugus senior art director. Hugus joins the Atlanta shop from Hughes Creative, where she held the same title. Kristina Smith has been added as an account executive. Smith most recently worked in a similar role at Adsam Marketing. Jeremy Jones has been hired as a studio artist.
