Fogarty Klein Monroe Protests Lottery Decision

DALLAS—The Texas Lottery Commission said it is reviewing a protest filed by Fogarty Klein Monroe, which handled the lottery’s general-market account for three years before the business officially shifted to DDB last month following a review. FKM of Houston contended against DDB in Dallas and Fellers in Austin, Texas, for the general-market portion of the estimated $35 million ad account. Minority-market incumbent The King Group in Dallas retained its account in a separate review.
