USPS Close to a Decision

BOSTON—The U.S. Postal Service this week is expected to name a winner in the review for its $100 million ad account. Although client officials said none of the seven contenders designated finalists has been eliminated, sources said three teams have advanced in recent weeks. They are Arnold, Boston, with Brann Worldwide, Wilton, Conn.; Foote, Cone & Belding, New York, with Frankel, Chicago; and Campbell-Ewald, Warren, Mich., with DraftWorldwide, Chicago. The work has been split among several shops, with Chicago’s Leo Burnett handling lead creative chores.
