AT&T Wireless Decision Makers to Leave

NEW YORK—Two AT&T Wireless executives who were key in the decision to award Ogilvy & Mather the company’s estimated $400 million global account resigned from the company last week, sources said. Phil Jacobus, vp of advertising, was based in West Palm Beach, Fla., and Deborah Stymest, an ad manager, was in Basking Ridge, N.J. Sources said they worked closely with Ogilvy account chief Shona Seifert, who herself is leaving to become president of the New York office of TBWA\Chiat\Day [see Newswire, page 20].
