ATLANTA–On the heels of rebranding five Florida shops under its name, Pittsburgh’s Hallmark/Tassone hopes to mimic that strategy in the Washington, D.C., market. Tim Tassone, H/T president and chief operating officer, said the agency is talking to undisclosed D.C. shops about becoming part of the fledgling network, which currently has 70 staffers in Pittsburgh and 49 in Florida. Baltimore and Cleveland agencies will also be considered. Earlier this month H/T united Tampa and Orlando, Fla.,
