LOS ANGELES–Ending a months-long search, Initiative Media North America has found the two executives to complete its senior management team. Carolyn Bivens joins the media agency as managing director of the Western region and head of the shop’s Promotion House, Motivational Incentive Group, Casablanca Productions and Yellow Pages divisions. She comes from USA Today, where she was svp and associate publisher. She will relocate to L.A. Jim Bell, who recently joined from MediaCom to run Initiative’s New York office, was promoted to managing director of the Eastern region.
