Fallon in NationsBank, BofA Review
DALLAS–Sources said Fallon McElligott of Minneapolis is among the agencies competing for the $80-100 million consolidated account of NationsBank and Bank of America. The shop declined to comment. Fallon joins previously identified contenders Bozell Worldwide, Lowe & Partners/SMS and Saatchi & Saatchi, all New York; Temerlin McClain, Irving, Texas; and Deutsch, New York and Marina del Rey, Calif. The merger of the two banks will be finalized next month.

Levenson Will Not Defend Fina
DALLAS–Levenson & Hill chairman Bill Hill confirmed last week that the shop has dropped out of the estimated $1 million account review for Fina Oil & Chemical here.
