GSD&M Nets BofA Broadcast Media Buying
DALLAS–GSD&M, Austin, Texas, emerged the winner in Bank of America’s $30-40 million broadcast media buying review last week. The victory came after GSD&M and co-finalist ICG of Los Angeles were asked to make an unexpected additional presentation on Monday. The two shops delivered 30-minute pitches to Eugene Lockhart, president of BofA’s global retail bank, and other select executives. Lockhart, the former president and chief executive of MasterCard International, earned GSD&M a late invitation to the review.
