Herald Parent Buys Community Newspapers
BOSTON—Fidelity Capital, a unit of mutual funds giant Fidelity Investments, has reached an agreement to sell its Community Newspaper Co. holdings to Herald Media, parent of the Boston Herald, New England’s second-largest circulation daily newspaper. Terms were not disclosed. The deal is expected to close Nov.
