ONDCP Delays Phase III Decision
WASHINGTON–The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy has delayed its decision on the Phase III portion of its $160 million annual anti-drug effort until early December. The task includes media buying, creative, interactive duties and public relations, said Alan Levitt, ONDCP director. The three finalists are Bates USA with Zenith Media, Ogilvy & Mather and Margeotes/Fertitta + Partners with Western International Media, all New York. A decision had been expected this month.
