Kelley Swofford Roy Acquires 8 Accounts

ATLANTA—Kelley Swofford Roy has added eight new Florida clients to its roster. The Tourism Alliance of Collier County tapped the Coral Gables, Fla., shop for creative, media and public relations. The campaign combines Visit Naples and the Marco Island & Everglades Convention and Visitor’s Bureau. Billings are $1.4 million. Other new responsibilities in tourism include Charlotte and Miami-Dade Counties. Terremark Hospitality Services, the Greater Miami Neighborhoods, the Training and Employment Council of South Florida, Miami-Dade Expressway Authority and Bay Point School all selected KSR for advertising and public relations work.

Creativity 30 Honors Peter Taflin Marketing

ATLANTA— Creativity 30 has awarded its gold medal to Peter Taflin Marketing Communications for excellence in advertising. The Durham, N.C., company’s direct mail piece for FatCat Digital in San Francisco and a trade magazine ad for software designer Amerillium Systems received the accolade.

Match Gets a Piece of the Rock

ATLANTA—Stone Mountain Park has selected Match over eight competing shops as its advertising agency. The Atlanta agency will help introduce “Grandpa’s Barn,” a new children’s attraction at the park, via broadcast, print, promotional and collateral materials. Billings are undisclosed.

Keating Magee Appoints Feigley CD

NEW ORLEANS—Keating Magee Advertising & Public Relations has appointed Stuart Feigley vice president and creative director. Feigley, who replaces Brian Tosh at the New Orleans agency, returns to Louisiana from Columbus, Ohio, where he was creative director at SBC Advertising. Feigley, a Clio finalist, has had his work showcased in Communication Arts’ advertising annual.

Republic Bank Selects Peak/Biety

ATLANTA—Peak/Biety Advertising + Marketing has been retained by Republic Bank to provide marketing and advertising services. The bank, headquartered in St. Petersburg, Fla., operates 80 branches throughout the state. Peak/Biety is located in Tampa, Fla.

Sub-Zero Fridges Land at Richards

CHICAGO—Sub-Zero Freezer Co. has awarded its$10-12 million account to The Richards Group, an agency official confirmed. The Dallas shop beat out Martin/Williams in Minneapolis after a review. In addition to promoting the Madison, Wis., firm’s high-end refrigerators, Richards will handle advertising for the Wolf Gourmet brand of ranges and cooktops.

Beaird Agency Helps Launch Tavern

DALLAS—The Beaird Agency has been selected to handle a variety of projects for Steak and Ale Tavern. The new dining concept, from parent Metromedia Restaurant Group in Dallas, is aimed at a younger clientele than the firm’s traditional Steak and Ale chain. Dallas-based Beaird will be responsible for menu design, product branding, uniforms, Web site development and other assignments.
