Reebok Taps Bismark for Global Media Pitch





NEW YORK–Reebok International has hired consultancy Bismark Corp. in Dennis, Mass., to conduct a global media review for its $100 million-plus account. Agencies contacted include Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide, D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles and McCann-Erickson Worldwide, said sources. McCann will not participate due to a conflict with client Nike overseas. Executives at those agencies declined to comment. A Reebok representative confirmed that the sneaker maker had started its search for a new media buying agency nearly two months after splitting with former shop Leo Burnett in Chicago.
