Later this month, the newest member of the Adweek Podcast Network will hit the airwaves. Home/Work is the brainchild of Antonio Lucio, former CMO of Facebook, Visa and Hewlett Packard, and current member of Adweek’s board of directors.

“Work/life balance, or work/life integration, is a conversation that more and more people are having on the sidelines at dinner tables and over the phone,” Lucio said during a discussion at Cannes Lions, with several upcoming guests of the podcast. “After the pandemic, I’ve been working with a lot of companies, and that’s the big conversation—trying to figure out what is the right way of dealing with work and home so that we can deliver against both.”

Home/Work’s guests will include industry role models and their partners who are learning to “do it all” by balancing successful careers and domestic responsibilities.

“One of the biggest challenges is making sure we’re spending enough time on ourselves, on our work, on our kids, and together. And sometimes, the together part seems to fall to the bottom of the list,” said Nuria Santamaria Wolfe, director of strategic partnerships at Meta.

“We’re partners in life, [and] we’re partners in business as well. But he’s also my biggest champion,” Santamaria Wolfe said of her husband, Steven Wolfe Pereira, CEO of storytelling platform Encantos.

Lucio said the idea behind the podcast is to showcase as many possible definitions of couples and families as possible, so a new generation of leaders can gain valuable insights on balancing life and work.
