DALLAS The owners of two of the nation’s most prominent publications aimed at Hispanics are creating a national Spanish-language newspaper company that is designed to give advertisers national reach.
Behind the venture, called Impremedia, are the Lozano family, which owns Los Angeles’ La Opinion, and CPK Media Holdings, which acquired El Diario/La Prensa in New York last July. CPK is the private investment group led by Clarity Partners, BMO Halyard Partners, ACON Investments and Knight Paton Media.
