Hill, Holliday Reorganizes CRM Group

Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos has named Tony Mayo senior vice president and general manager of the agency’s 50-person customer relationship management unit Hill, Holliday CRM, previously known as MSP Group.

Located in Framingham, Mass., CRM specializes in database management, call center, lead generation and fulfillment chores. CRM currently works for Hill, Holliday clients Minolta and Dun & Bradstreet; the unit also serves RSA Security, Intel’s Shiva division and Simplex, which are not accounts of the parent agency. Boston-based Hill, Holliday is an Interpublic Group unit with nationwide billings close to $1 billion.

Mayo joined CRM several months ago and takes the GM mantle from Andy Schell, who has left the company. Prior to that, Mayo been co-acting CEO of Epsilon in Burlington, Mass. He also previously served as vp/strategic development and acting-CFO for Dimac Marketing, St. Louis.

Mayo looks for 12% growth at the CRM this year and hopes to achieve and maintain 20% annual growth thereafter, he said.

CRM has also added: svp/chief technology officer Timothy O’Leary; vp/new business Robert Good; svp/database marketing and consulting David Costello; and vp/client services Susan Dwyer.
