Hill, Holliday Adds Managerial Muscle In Online, Direct

A surge in new business has led Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos to name Mark Mylan director of client services in its relationship marketing group and promote Doug Gladstone to creative director of direct marketing.
Mylan, who joined the Boston-based agency last week as senior vice president, will manage direct marketing clients, including Fleet, GE Capital, Humana, Harvard Pilgrim and the recently won Perkin Elmer. He was recruited from Young & Rubicam in New York, where he was an account director on Sears.
He will report to executive vice president Laurel Rossi and work closely with Gladstone, who joined Hill, Holliday Direct in 1998 from Bronner Slosberg Humphrey in Boston. –Judy Warner
