BOSTON — Havas has reorganized five of its holdings into a human resources consulting and communications group christened HR Gardens.

Led by chairman Marc Baulier and chief executive Thierry Happe, the group comprises Euro RSCG Futurs and the Link, both in France; Riley and Heist in the U.K.; and EMDS, which has offices in Europe and China. All told, HR Gardens employs 500 staffers working in 25 locations in Europe and Asia. The group will specialize in providing recruitment advertising, human resources communications, search and selection functions, reserach and special events.
