After securing $155 million in new capital investment last month, consumer company Harry’s has hired Gabby Cohen to be its global head of integrated marketing and communications from subscription fashion service Rent the Runway.

Cohen, who started working with the company as a consultant in December, will now take on the new role working closely with the founders and co-chief executives, Jeff Raider and Andy Katz-Mayfield. She will be tasked with building a team to support and amplify Harry’s brand and its stablemates, including pet brand “Cat Person,” haircare brand “Headquarters” and body-care brand “Flamingo.”
