Communications 21 has named Kim Hardcastle director of accounts. Hardcastle left the Atlanta agency in 2002 to become executive director of public relations at Denmark Advertising. Prior to leaving c21, Hardcastle spent five years as the shop’s senior account director. In her current role, she will manage the firm’s consumer accounts. In addition, the agency has hired Emily Snyder as senior account executive. She will conduct marketing and public relations initiatives for clients such as Dairy MAX, First Vehicle Services and Oldcastle Architectural Products Group.
