Newly configured Hammerquist & Halverson has snared a new boat account, following a review of several Pacific Northwest agencies.
The Seattle shop will develop advertising, spot collateral and promotional support for fishing boat manufacturer Robalo. Ads will heavily target vertical markets. Billings are undisclosed.
The account, worth an estimated $2 million, is the first the agency has picked up since Hugh Saffel, one of its founding principals, left to form his own creative services boutique earlier this summer.
The agency’s experience in recreational marketing–including work for K2 Skis and Windstar Cruise Lines–helped land the account, according to Linda Halverson, agency principal and client services director.
