Halvorson hails from CME-KHBB/Minneapolis, where he was evp/group creative director on Andersen Windows, Texaco/Halvoline, 3M, Toro, U.S. West, Century 21, Land O’Lakes, Kimberly Clark and Target Stores accounts.
