Haber Rises to President at Causemedia

BOSTON Causemedia said it has named Judith Haber, formerly chief operating officer and vp, client services, president of the agency, which specializes in social issues and multicultural marketing.

Haber, 49, who has been with the Boston shop since its launch seven years ago, has overseen efforts for clients such as the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Harvard Medical School, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and the New England Organ Bank.

“Judi is the person who can keep us smart, focused and at the forefront of this ever-shifting industry,” said agency CEO and founder Donna Latson Gittens, who had held the president’s title. Haber is nicknamed the “Matrix” of the agency because of her abilities to coordinate communications services for clients and guide the shop’s financial activities.

Haber will continue to have oversight for client service and operations at the seven-person independently owned agency.
