General Mills marketer Sophie Duval, who was the chief marketing director for the retail outlets of ice cream brand Häagen-Dazs, has left to join cookery product manufacturer La Maison Française du Verre.

Duval had spent almost three years with Häagen-Dazs, based in Paris with an overview of the marketing for its retail outlets across Europe and LATAM. Prior to that she had spent over four-and-a-half years in various roles marketing Yoplait, another General Mills brand.

Prior to joining General Mills, Duval spent six-and-a-half years at Mondelez International working across its chocolate and coffee portfolio.

Writing about her departure on LinkedIn she said “thank you and goodbye” to the General Mills team before revealing her move as chief marketing officer for the recently rebranded La Maison Française du Verre.
