Grey Global Group reported a 10.3 percent increase in its third-quarter revenue, up $33.5 million to $358 million, the company said. Revenue for the nine months ending Sept. 30 rose 13.1 percent to $123.8 million from the same period last year. The company, in the process of being acquired by WPP, saw revenue for its North American operations jump 3.4
